Terms & conditions
The terms that govern ordering, pricing, payment and account use on GoFudo's food delivery platform in Ahmedabad.

1. What GoFudo is
GoFudo is a food ordering and delivery platform operated by Techwiser Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ('GoFudo', 'we', 'us'), connecting diners, restaurants and riders, launching in Ahmedabad. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
3. Prices, fees and taxes
Food items are listed at the restaurant's menu price. Your bill also includes a delivery fee (calculated by distance and zone) and a flat platform fee of ₹5 plus applicable GST, all shown in full before you pay. GST applies at the rates set by law (currently 5% on food items and 18% on the delivery fee and platform fee). GoFudo does not add packaging, handling, surge or rain fees.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order is confirmed only when the restaurant accepts it. A restaurant may decline an order if an item is unavailable or the kitchen is at capacity, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, and may include UPI, cards, net banking and other methods it supports. Payment confirmation does not guarantee restaurant acceptance of your order.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our cancellation policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, place fraudulent orders, abuse support staff or riders, or interfere with service operation. We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly do so.
8. Restaurant partners
Partners must hold a valid FSSAI licence, list prices no higher than their in-store menu, keep menus current and accurate, and comply with food-safety and labelling law.
9. Intellectual property
GoFudo owns its platform, brand, content and technology. Restaurant partners retain rights in their own menus, names and marks.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Allergens and dietary information
Restaurants provide allergen and dietary information where available. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should confirm directly with the restaurant before ordering, as GoFudo does not prepare or inspect food.
12. Grievance redressal
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Contact grievance@gofudo.com.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajkot, Gujarat (the location of our registered office) having exclusive jurisdiction.
